During the strike CPS used a recommended social strategy, which is DO NOT delete comments unless they are abusive, contain adult content or have cursing. As tensions and I assume many, many requests ran high, even this social media guy was tired.

When an anonymous twitter.com account wanted to know who would fund an aspect of the contract, the social media guy had an interesting answer. Sometimes SOCIAL MEDIA can’t answer everything. There are TEAM AMD TEAMS of people who analyze and access. Immediate replies aren’t always possible, 24-hours is a general good responses time. Let leadership at your company meet and work thru the answer and potential impact. Patience gets you the answer, not the social media guy.
