International Women's Day starts with The Girls

This International Women's Day celebrate the women in your life, at work and at home. We can all honor women past and present and recognize their achievements. Say thanks to the women in your life.

Let's ALL Pledge // Empower Women and Girls to reach their full potential.

Since 1911, International Women’s Day belongs to us collectively. The national observance and awareness campaigns helps us create knowledge through #hashtag and social sharing the mission. But let’s go beyond awareness and take the steps that every business owner can make happen.

At Joanne Klee Marketing we have taken the pledge to help women and girls achieve their ambition. As a women-owned business we believe in lifting up our partners and fellow co-workers, both women and men.

The journey to leadership is long. Every day we work with our partners and encourage leadership and we want their talents to blossom. As are role models on every project, in every team member interaction, we value all skill sets both veteran and green. Learn more about our mentorship philosophy here.

More About From Women’s Day International.Org

The most important determinant of a country's competitiveness is its human talent via the skills and productivity of its workforce.

Organizations must illuminate the path to leadership, showing women the career and advancement opportunities that match their skills and professional objectives and provide the experiences necessary to fulfill their potential.

Individuals can commit to advocating for themselves, and when appropriate, becoming effective role models and sponsors of women to help them achieve their goals.
